Great night sleep

I was nervous ordering a mattress I had not tried out but wanted to buy something without any chemicals and made with good quality materials. I’m super happy with this new mattress and so is my husband. It’s very firm but added the topper and it softened it just enough to make it super comfortable. Very happy with our new purchase!

Best crib mattress

Only crib mattress that doesn’t stink/offgas. I have two and I love them.

Super comfortable bed, excellent customer service

We are finally getting around to reviewing the king sized Oceano mattress we received a year ago. The bed is so comfortable, with an ideal blend of cushion and support. We both have back, shoulder and neck issues and it is such a pleasure to wake up refreshed. Our previous mattress was latex and we also have mattresses from Wink and Brooklyn Beds.
We had a shipping issue when we ordered. It was the height of Covid restrictions in April 2020 and the local freight depot dropped the ball on delivering to our rural address in VA. Brentwood Home was so responsive when we called. They quickly shipped out a replacement mattress via expedited air freight and sent us a couple of the fantastic Oceano Gel Memory Foam Pillows to compensate for the delay. We have a ridiculous number of pillows on hand and the Oceano has become our go-to for regular use.

Almost 5 Stars!

After about 30 days I would say the dual coil system has provided great resting & sleeping comfort. I would like to give it 5 stars, but the edges are just too soft. Perimeter strength would be a great improvement. To be clear, you can sleep close to the edge without issue of rolling.

Customer service at Brentwood Home is first-rate! The Oceano mattress and adjustable bed frame proved to be too firm for me, but customer service made the “return process” super easy! It’s a shame that the mattress and bed frame didn’t work out because they were both high quality and very impressive. I have another Brentwood memory foam mattress (Read more about review stating First Class Customer Service and Eco-friendly, High-Quality Products- What more could you want?!Brentwood’s gel-infused Cypress Mattress) that is now a few years old, and I noticed that the Oceano mattress slept cooler thanks to its wool topper and hybrid design. Even though the Oceano mattress was too firm for me, I would still highly recommend giving Brentwood Home a try! Brentwood’s sleep trial policy is great; and their first-class customer support team makes working with this eco-friendly company easy and enjoyable!
